Three new articles published!

Hi all,

We are thrilled to announce that three new articles have been published:

  1. Our lab managed to published the study on B cell selection in Cell Reports. In short, we show that peripheral B-cell selection is defective in common variable immunodeficiency patients with autoimmune manifestations. We support this data with in vitro activation data where patients’ naive B cells does not manage to upregulate mismatch repair machinery in a proper way. 2. Our lab in collaboration with Inga-Lill Mårtensson lab published in Frontiers in Immunology a study where we demonstrate that there is a heterogeneity of memory B cells in autoimmune mice and that these subsets defined by differential expression of the surface markers CD73, CD80 and PD-L2 also contain a subset which is more germinal centre-independent. 3. Our lab were a co-author to a study on using lipid nanoparticles to deliver a therapeutic VEGFA mRNA molecule in Advanced Science. Link to the article: https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/advs.202206187
